GAR FLEX is a high performance electrical insulation laminate designed for electric motors, generators, transformers, and other rotating electrical equipment. The quality of electrical insulation plays a vital role in the performance and service life of these machines.
This three layer insulation consists of a polyester film laminated with N Aramid paper on both sides using high temperature adhesive. The material is specially developed for Class F insulation and offers excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, and mechanical strength.
The polyester film provides excellent electrical and mechanical properties, while the N Aramid paper offers superior heat resistance and protection against chemicals and solvents. The two sided N Aramid paper covering also protects the polyester film from hydrolysis, making GAR FLEX an ideal insulation material for Class F electrical equipment.
